We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of organic flower arrangements. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help make it right.
Fresh Flower Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns of fresh flower arrangements once they have been delivered. However, if you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Replacement of the arrangement
- Partial or full refund
- Store credit for future purchases
Potted Plants
Potted plants may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or unhealthy. Plants must be returned in their original condition with all packaging materials.
To initiate a return for a potted plant, please contact us with photos of the damaged or unhealthy plant. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within the specified time frame for your product type
- Provide your order number and photos if applicable
- Explain the reason for the return
- Wait for our response with return instructions
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged item, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you want.
Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
Special Orders and Custom Arrangements
Custom or special order arrangements are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered. Please contact us if you have concerns about a custom order.
